I was suffering from chronic fatigue before I came to Dr. Naveen. Before the treatment I had whole body aches and lack of energy.my energy level was low and daily making my work life difficult to manage.with the diet plan and treatment I saw instant pain relief and started getting better and better now after 2 months of treatment with herbs and therapies (Abhyanga +Vasti) pain has virtually disappeared. I have more energy and stability in the body. Thanks to Nature Care Ayurveda I am on the path to recovery.
